PCA appoints Essentially to run its awards for seventh time

The Professional Cricketers’ Association has appointed Essentially for the seventh year running to event manage the cricketing world’s most prestigious awards ceremony. Previous years have seen the glamorous event held at the Royal Albert Hall and Old Billingsgate.

This year, the 850 VIP guests will descend on the Hurlingham Club where Team England will be in attendance along with other cricketing greats. A lavish dinner is followed by a lively after party. Amongst other titles, the evening sees the awarding of Young Player of the Year and Player of the Year, won last year by James Taylor and Marcus Trescothick respectively.
