Andrew joined Essentially in 2008 having previously worked as a headhunter for 3 years. His excellent negotiation skills, rugby knowledge and player network allied to his ability to spot talent made athlete management a natural progression in his career.
Hailing from Whitgift School and Durham University, Andrew now represents some of the finest young and established talent in British rugby. In particular he has shown an unrivalled ability to identify young prospects and nurture that talent through to international level.
Having negotiated playing contracts all over Europe he is an essential cog in the athlete management division.
