Jan joined Global Sports Management in July 2005. Having gained a BA in Administrative Management, and played semi-professional rugby, he went on to work in the finance industry, leading him to assist rugby players with their financial affairs.
GSM was acquired by Essentially in 2006 and Jan became an Athlete Manager. He went on to head up the player management business in August 2009, and now oversees all UK player management and commercial affairs.
