An ECB licenced agent, Rich joined Essentially (athletes1) in 2006 straight from Southampton University where he studied Sports Management.
His initial experience was across all areas of Cricket management before focusing specifically on his role as a Player Manager. Away from his day to day responsibilities of representing his clients, Rich has event managed charity dinners for Brian Lara and been heavily involved in the fund raising activities with Ricky Ponting, Matthew Hoggard and Andrew Flintoff.
As a Player Manager, Rich has a network of commercial and playing contacts throughout the world enabling him to provide a complete service for both his internationally established clients from England and the Rest of the World and his up and coming young clients. He has concluded numerous deals in County Cricket, IPL, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa as well as working on behalf of counties, IPL franchises and national boards to source players and coaches on their behalf. |
