Rights of Shareholders

The Company is incorporated in Jersey and the rights of shareholders are governed by Jersey law. The Company has adopted Articles of Association which are compliant with AIM rules and which are likely to be substantially similar to those of a UK incorporated company. Certain shares issued to vendors of acquired businesses are subject to lock-in provisions for various periods. Otherwise there are no restrictions on share transfers.

Activities


Essentially Group is a full service sports marketing agency and Athlete Management service business .

The prime services and areas of expertise that the group provides include:

  • Sponsorship, includes sourcing and developing relationships with sponsors and rights owners, through consulting with rights owners and sponsors; activatiation of rights for sponsor; and the selling of rights for rights owners. This is predominanatly with in the area of cricket and rugby but also includes other areas within media and cultural activities ;
  • The management of some 500 athletes, predominantly in rugby and cricket, on a global basis, including negotiating contracts and sponsorship for these athletes.
  • The provision of specialist image rights and other services to athletes and clubs.
